Evaluation and Documentation Plans
Program Evaluation
Program evaluation will be facilitated during and at completion of the program. Faculty from University of Florida IFAS department of Agricultural Education and Communication, Program Development and Evaluation will assist in the development of evaluation instruments. During each session, formative evaluation will be gathered via both verbal and written feedback. Each session will conclude with an evaluation along with a summative post evaluation six months after the project. The longitudinal evaluation will be designed to measure the overall benefits, implications and impact of the project among participants as well as selected near-associates such as coworkers, stakeholders and clientele.
Documentation Plans
The leadership team will develop an overall team report of accomplishments at the end of the project and will continue to document successes by participants. Participants will be encouraged to share their new knowledge and experiences in their counties, their professional associations, their campus department and throughout their extension district. Students will communicate their experiences throughout CALS via presentations, promotional pieces and the CALS Global Gators website. The project coordinator will prepare the final report for the grant with input from the instructional team and the participant team. All reports will be posted to the web site developed for the project.
